I was intrigued by the photos of the chameleon suit and hat. I have a quirky sense of humour myself and I thought that anyone who is fun enough whilst being professional to wear those might be able to the right company for me to approach. I suspect I have autism and I suffer from anxiety, and find contacting and making decisions regarding professionals a struggle. Reading the website, knowing that Karena will talk about what she's doing on the day of the survey reassured me. The speed with which I was contacted, and the lovely chat I had with Karena cemented in my mind that I'd made the right choice as I immediately felt so much more relaxed about the whole process. It was easy to organise the survey. As we were having a relatives house surveyed we were able to be there on the day. Karena had a chat with us after the survey and gave us some information about the things she picked up and explained when we could expect the survey. The report was very detailed. And has been very reassuring, showing us the things we need to look into and get sorted before and after we purchase the property. Karena also has a list of tradespeople that she can recommend. One of whom we used to have a damp survey carried out on the same day. This is also really useful and makes the process of house buying a lot easier.
