About Green Chameleon

Green Chameleon  is a family run-business built on personal and old-fashioned service.

Based in Harbury, we run our happy business with a plethora of kids and animals with Clients often popping by to have a “coffee and chat”…whilst collecting a few eggs!

Green Chameleon also works with good-quality family businesses that really know their specialist field in order that clients can be directed to their services, should they be required. This includes solicitors, damp and timber treatment, builders, structural surveyors, roofers and architects – the list is endless, as Karena usually knows someone who can help in some way!

Karena decided in 2006 that she wanted a surveying business that would put the client first and be accessible in providing information in an understandable but professional manner with the flexibility to work around Clients needs and requirements.

Karena says: “I pride myself on speaking to Clients and offering a before, during and after service. I am always happy to chat to Clients to ensure the Client is getting the right service.“

Following on from surveying, Karena trained as a mediator in the fields of commercial and family mediation and also offers work place medication, conflict management coaching and training. This is a passion that Karena holds a strong belief in – talking and moving forward is the key to a happier and less stressful life.

Karena is LETAPAEWE (Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence) qualified in 2023

In Karena’s (limited!) downtime, she has a large family of five daughters and many animals. She also established the popular Harbury Local Market which raises money for local charitable causes. Karena is a keen member of BNI and enjoys networking, meeting new people and making new connections.

Emelye is Karena’s PA and has been with Green Chameleon since February 2022. Emelye has a wealth of experience in customer service and administration, gained in previous roles in the housewares sector, legal sector, and from running her own small business. Emelye spends her spare time reading, drawing/painting, and enjoys going for adventures with her husband, two children and dog.
